Carol Fowler at the SCDP

After lunch, we got to return to the State Dems office to talk to Carol Fowler, who gave us her great and rounded perspective of the South Carolina Primaries. She shared some first-hand insight on how the tone and method has changed over time, and how those changes have affected voters. Unfortunately, we did not get enough time to talk with her, as our day was packed with some other great opportunities.
